We believe transformation isn't a "one size fits all" approach. We would love to work with you to provide personalized plans in nutrition and fitness while providing a community to grow with. Plans are per month or a sold as a bundle.

Individualized Nutrition Program- $100/month

Nutrition plan specific to the individual based on current state, goals and body type. Macro plan will breakdown protein, fat and carbohydrate needs. After one month client will receive a micronutrient analysis. Supplementation recommendations as well.Ā

Workout Plan- $100/month

These workouts will be custom made for each individual based on their goals, current abilities and any limitations. Workouts will be challenging yet sustainable, after all we want to be able to move and enjoy the mountaintop when we arrive to the top of our "Everest".

Group Programming- $40/month

Functional Fitness workouts including warmup, strength training and metabolic conditioning. Group programming members will have access to the private community group. This group will be for supporting each other, content from coaches, form video checks, and fun monthly challenges!

8-Week Spartan Training Program $75

For the elite athletes who wants to step up their game and tackle some races... we have the program for you! With 5 intense workouts/week, one active recovery day, and one rest day (plus one extra credit workout each week), we will make sure you are prepared come race day! Additionally, you will be added to a private group with fellow Spartans and both Coach Mo and Coach Paige. In this group you will be able to ask questions, comment on workouts and request feedback! We are excited to see you crush your upcoming Spartan races!
